Planning for your goals

Once you have your goals established you need to make out a plan. It helps to know where you want to end up and then work backwards on how to get there in small easy steps. It makes it easier to track progress that way and you can make changes as you go if things aren't working out as planned. Being able to track progress is an important part of the process it keeps you motivated and helps you figure out what works and what doesn't. Keeping a type of journal on what you have tried and the results also is a big help. When you write out your steps do it so you can cross them off as you go as well. Seeing your progress getting closer to your goal helps to keep you going and the closer you get to the end the more motivation you should get.
